Risperdal male breast growth is difficult to treat, as the excess tissue will remain even once a patient stops taking the medication. To eliminate the tissue, surgery is usually required. This can include liposuction, and even mastectomy to remove the breasts in the most serious cases of Risperdal gynecomastia.
